Between Jerry and Charlie Franks, our Plant Superintendent, we have more than 70 years of design experience. Ideal Tool & Die has designed simple stamping dies to multiple progressive dies.

Whatever we design, we can build. We are always happy to build precision tools, dies, special machines, and component parts to your design and specifications.  We will also collaborate with you to find the best design to suit your individual needs.

In addition to special machines and precision tools & dies, we also make component parts and provide complete maintenance for all dies and tooling.

Reverse engineering of existing parts for repair or duplication is another one of our specialties.
